We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how refunds work at Hisstoria.

Eligibility

Refunds are issued once a returned item passes our quality inspection — unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact.

Refund timelines

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the returned item passing inspection. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded to your bank account or as store credit.

Non-refundable items

Innerwear and items marked final sale are not eligible for return or refund, for hygiene reasons.
